Any airsoft events for teens?
Wed Dec 30, 2009 3:52 pm by hockeydad42
My 14 year old son is interested in trying airsoft Do you have any age appropriate events coming up that would be good for him? He recently received an airsoft gun as a gift and would like to try it out, and I will only allow him to use it a supervised event. If you don't have any "games" coming up this holiday (New Years) weekend, do you have an area where he can "target" …

Op: Global Conflict II
Operation Global Conflict II
7 months ago:
The worlds worst fear came to life. Communists forces rose up and launched an all out assualt across Europe. Coalition and NPCP forces first slugged it out across Fulda, Germany. Since then, most of the world became a battleground for the Coalition and the NPCP to fight for control of the free world. Though Coalition forces are holding their ground, the might of the NPCP holds a great advantage over them. Nuclear war is feared, and the main force of both sides controls the majority of the wordls nuclear armament.
With their success at Fulda, and their steady attack across Europe, they now control most of Western Europe. Much of the old Soviet Union has been restored, and all of Mainland Asia has been taken, making all seem lost for the remaining free governments of the world. The seas are torn with naval battles, Hawaii is expected to be lost in a week. Intelligience believes that Alaska will be the first target for an attack on North America. With Russian forces mobilizing throughout Norway and Sweden, the East coast of Great Britain has been evacuated and the Royal family has been moved to a top secret location. Almost the entire Air National Guard is operationg under Civil Air Patrol over most U.S. Major cities. and AWACS aircraft are operating almost constantly off the US coast. The President has issued a national state of emergency, and declared a nationwide curfew of 10 pm for all non-service and military personel. With the free world preparing for the worst possible event ever, the Coalition has devised a plan to stop the NPCP campaign across Europe. Reconnaissiance shows a large Forward Operating Base 15 miles over the former Ukrainian border, and it appears to have nuclear launch capabilities, but no nuclear ordance has been seen. This has provoked Coalition leaders to launch a full scale attack on the location before nuclear weapons can moved there.
As the war rages on, and both sides defend their lines, Coalition leaders are still planning the attack on the FOB/ Launch facility. Recon teams from Both the US and UK have been deployed as close as possible to the facility. NPCP naval forces are closing in on Great Britain, and are now within 100 miles of the northern coast of Great Britain. Us Naval forces are increasing along the Northeastern coast.

Re: Op: Global Conflict II
I will likely be bringing my Suzuki ATV. I am working building a screen enclosure for it using old paintball netting and pvc. I have a small trailer for the quad as well that is great for carrying gear, large weapons, etc...
Jeff, is any special insurance or waiver necessary for the atv use?
Thanks!

Re: Op: Global Conflict II
Hey Guys,
We need an updated count as to who is going to go to this game. I have spoken to some of you and some have said that they will not be able to go.
We are doing medical on this one, so we need to know who we can count on to staff the ambulance and ATV. We will be doing this on a routating shift basis so everyone gets to play and shoot.
We will probably pair an EMT with a 1st Responder.
If you want to go, but don't want any part of the medical gimick, again, let us know.
I have already heard some rumors going around that FUCO is going to there to get the tough jobs DONE!!! So lets kick ass.

Re: Op: Global Conflict II
Well ....I personally wasn't that impressed with the field, but as far as the TC side is concerned, it was a great set up. But I have to agree with something BULLDOG had said..." I miss wearing the greens" I guess it was nice for a change, but it appeared that the "bad guys" kicked ass again, and had fun doing it.

Re: Op: Global Conflict II
Again im going to post an apoligy for not being up there. Im gonna be unable to play for atleast 4-6 weeks. The doctors finally got the final results and its not a fracture as first thought. Its alot of brusing and dislocation. more bad news for someone that already has the back of a 60 year old.
Well thats life, it sucks.

Re: Op: Global Conflict II
Personally I will be more than happy if I don't ever go back there again! What a HUGE waste of time, even though I did have a blast hanging out with Sarge and his crew of misfits.
I would like to pass on a "kudos" to crakerdog and Ox! Even though I though it was stupid, but funnier than hell to watch, they decided to ride into the heart of the enemy, in the back of a pick-up truck, and try to shoot as many as they could! Alas.....they got their own asses shot off!!!! (by the way, this was at night) Like I said, very funny to watch!! have fun connecting all those dots guys!!!
